Collection statement

TMC Innovations Pty Ltd (ABN 84 683 749 153), trading as The Solar Standard, collects your name, phone number, email, address and quiz answers when you ask for a quote.

We collect them so we can estimate your rebates and pass your enquiry to our installation partner, XF Energy. We disclose them to XF Energy, who will contact you about a quote, and to the service providers that run our website, email and customer records. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

We also share a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email and phone with advertising platforms such as Meta and Google so we can measure our ads. They can't read your details from it.

If you don't give us these details we can't arrange a quote. You can ask to see or correct your information, or make a complaint, by emailing hello@thesolarstandard.com.au. Our privacy policy has the detail.
